Delivery Information

1. Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched – if applicable, this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.

2. Delivery timescales – United Kingdom

If placed before 2 pm, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. However we usually dispatch most of our orders within 24 hours. Typically orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days however Royal Mail will not register an item missing until 15 working days from the time the tem was dispatched.

99% of our stock is available to be dispatched however for out-of-stock items, you can usually expect to receive the item within 2-10 business days.  If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

In the event of any delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

2.1 International deliveries

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, who passes the package onto your overseas delivery company.  International shipping is calculated in the checkout, and is usually £3.99 to Europe and £4.99 to rest of World, the delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 3 - 15 working days. If your country is exempt from VAT (e.g. outside the EU) this will be removed from your order total in the checkout.

3. Postage method

All our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail / APC. Your order will be dispatched with your choice of delivery method at the checkout. All UK orders over £20 qualify for free Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not collected), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item.  From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-despatch the item or for you to cancel the order.  Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
